Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) uses an interactive computer system that helps interviewers to ask questions over the telephone, using a data entry interface and reporting system.
We recommend the CATI method for b2b research (in the consumer market, other research modes seem to be more effective). We can handle CATI projects across the CEE markets, using native speakers for all countries involved. Our CATI capacity is ca. 20 workstations in each country, which allows us to handle most b2b projects. Interviews may be recorded upon explicit interviewer consent.
