Agnieszka Górnicka - President & Managing Director

Born in 1965 in Warsaw, Agnieszka completed the Reytan High School and graduated from Physics Department at the Warsaw University. She worked at the Institute of Theoretical Physics of the Polish Academy of Science until 1994 when she joined SMG/KRC Poland Media as a researcher. Her later career included CAL Company Assistance (as a consultant) and then ACNielsen Poland as a Customized Research Manager. She specializes in quantitative and exploratory research, such as decision making process, brand image & behavioral studies as well as advanced methods of data analysis. She enjoys climbing and good movies, her passions are baroque music, physics and astronomy.

Dagmara Dluzniewska - Director of Operations

Dagmara has been addicted to marketing research since 1992. She started to work for CAL Company Assistance in 1992, beginning as a part-timer to become Research Quality Coordinator in 1999; later she worked at ACNielsen Poland as Customised Research Operations Manager (1999-2004). She is happily married since 1991 and has two wonderful sons: Jurek (13 years) and Maciek (11 years). Her biggest passions are family and market research - but she would also add fast cars, good films and loud music. Dagmara has been adopted by a cat named Kropka (Spot).
