Mrs. Z tries to buy a new dress in a large shopping center. She has a very important event in a few days' time and she wants to look gorgeous. She has been trying to find something for a few hours. She has visited a number of stores without success. Either not her size or not her color; or virtually nothing suitable. She found just one dress but the price was too high. Finally, Mrs. Z gives upand leaves the center, angry and tired.

Mrs. X wants to buy shoes. She takes a pair from the shelf but she needs another size. Mrs. X can see two saleswomen standing in the corner, busy with gossip.
